TRUE PAINFUL STORY TO BOOST OUR EEMAAN IN ALLAH.

TRUE PAINFUL STORY TO BOOST OUR EEMAAN IN ALLAH.

 BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Difficulties in life? Under Oppression? No more hope in life? ALLAH is Sufficient for us and all calamities may be blessings in disguise. ALLAH maybe preparing something better ahead of us so let's never loss hope in ALLAH. Consider this painful true story and equate it with your eemaan in ALLAH.

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas (may ALLAH be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “On the night on which I was taken on the Night Journey (Isra’), a beautiful fragrance came to me. I said: O Jibreel, what is this beautiful fragrance? He said: This is the fragrance of the hairdresser of Pharaoh’s daughter and her children. I said: What is their story? He said: Whilst she was combing the hair of Pharaoh’s daughter one day, the iron comb fell from her hand and when picking it she said, ‘Bismillaah (in the name of Allaah).’ The daughter of Pharaoh said: ‘My father?’ She said: ‘No. My LORD and the LORD of your father is Allaah.’ She said: ‘I will tell him about that.’ She said: ‘Yes.’ So she told him and he summoned her and said: ‘O So and so, do you have a Lord other than me?’ She said: ‘Yes, my Lord and your Lord is Allaah.’ He ordered that a baqarah (lit. “cow”) made of copper be heated up, then he ordered that she and her children be thrown into it. She said: ‘I have a request to make of you.’ He said: ‘What is your request?’ She said: ‘I would like my bones and my children’s bones to be gathered together in one cloth and buried.’ He said: ‘This will be done for you.’ He ordered that her children be thrown into it in front of her, one by one, until they came to the last one who was an infant boy who was still being breastfed. It was as if she wavered because of him, but he said: ‘O mother, go ahead, for the punishment of this world is easier to bear than the punishment of the hereafter.’ So she went ahead.” Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: Four infants spoke: ‘Eesa ibn Maryam (peace be upon him), the companion of Jurayj, the witness of Yoosuf and the son of the hairdresser of Pharaoh’s daughter.

Narrated by Imam Ahmad in al-Musnad (1/309), al-Tabaraani (12280), Ibn Hibbaan (2903) and al-Haakim (2/496). Al-Dhahabi said in al-‘Aluw (84): This hadeeth has a hasan isnaad. Ibn Katheer said in al-Tafseer (3/15): There is nothing wrong with its isnaad. Its isnaad was classed as saheeh by the scholar Ahmad Shaakir in his commentary on al-Musnad (4/295). Al-Arna’oot said in Takhreej al-Musnad (5/30-31, no. 2821): Its isnaad is hasan.

This narration is not about going such far in comparison but to aid us understand that regardless of how ALLAH loves us, HE can allow worse things to happen to us as a test for our claim to have eemaan in HIM. *_May ALLAH increases us in beneficial knowledge_*. Aameen.

THE SEXUAL FAST

THE SEXUAL FAST !!! (All Parents & Teenagers must read this )

Daughter: (Coughs out) Hmmm…

Mum: (looks up at her, then continues picking her beans) Any gist for momma?

Daughter:( Looks at her) Mum, I think I am not normal anymore…like, I am sick

Mum: (Chuckles) Sick?? Why?

Daughter: Because I am over-sensitive. Whenever I see a guy, I have this weird feeling compared to when I meet a girl. Mum, I get worried often times if I would scale through adolescence without defiling myself

Mum: (Laughs) you are afraid?

Daughter: It seems you don’t understand mum. When I see a guy’s bicep, oh my God! If he mistakenly exposes his abs, then I would almost faint, feeling as if I should run into his strong, muscular arms and be cuddled.

Mum: And so? That’s why you are not normal?

Daughter: (Eyes widen) Mum!

Mum: That shows that you are very normal my baby girl

Daughter: I don’t understand mum

Mum: You fasted recently right?

Daughter: Yes mum. The Ramadan fast

Mum: There was an occasion that I made plantain and fried egg for dinner for the family. How did you feel that day?

Daughter: Mum, it was sensational! As if I had never tasted plantain . I wanted a bite so bad.

Mum: So, why didn’t you get into the kitchen to get yourself some?

Daughter: Mum, I was fasting

Mum: Nice one! Son, can you hear us from there? Put off the TV please.

Son: Ok mum.

Mum: As an adolescent boy or girl, don’t think it weird when you are attracted to the opposite sex. His or her stature or the like might appeal to you but it shows that you are normal. You wouldn’t say, you are abnormal because you can perceive the aroma of fried plantain while you were fasting. Would you?

Both: No mum

Mum: All unmarried people in this world are on a sexual fast until they get married. Different food like juices, fried fish, chicken; Shawarma and the likes would appeal to them clothed in handsome men and beautiful women of different shapes and sizes but you've got to block your perception! You are fasting!

Daughter: (nods repeatedly) Hmmm…I am getting it now

Mum: The aroma could be pornography, sexy boys and girls, devilish games and all but be warned, you are what?

Both: Fasting!

Mum: So my daughter, you are normal. It means all the parts of your body are responding well but the Lord says you should keep your body under control.

Daughter: Mum, I can’t thank you enough. I expected you to scream at me , frown your face but You are trustworthy and I can count on you. And that is why mum is our… (Signals to the boy)

Son: Confidant! (Both laugh)

Mum: (Smiles) Blessed children…very very blessed!

Both: most blessed mother

Mum: But never forget the lesson learnt today…(expects an answer)

Both: We are fasting!

Mum: Yes. The fast would soon be over and your dish of dodo, freshly prepared with well garnished fried egg with a chill bottle of water would be delivered to you but first, wait! Say, I will wait

Both: I will wait!

Mum: And Allaah will bless and favour you.

Both: Amen (They hug their mother and she blesses them both)

Keep Sharing until it gets to every eye and may Allaah bless you real good.

Let's be such a parent to our blessed children

SOMETIMES I FEEL ASHAMED...

Sometimes I feel ashame to tell this story. One of my Aunts used to put on wigs. When she died during the ritual bath they could not remove it from her head. They tried to cut it with scissors but Allah did not want them to. They had to call a Malam or Shekh to come and pray for her. Still they could not remove it. It was clearly a miracle from Allah. So they decided to take her to her grave. I was 14 years old when it happened. When they dug her grave subhanallah they told us there were over millions of buds and insects so ugly.

So our grand father said she should not be buried that day. She was kept at the mortuary. The next day they called group of people to pray in the house for her. Everyone was seeking forgiveness for her. So after two days our G. papa said they should bury her. They went, they opened two new graves, the same thing. And one thing again, even though they applied chemicals on her body, her corpses was smelling like hell. The same bugs and insects started coming through her Anus and ear. It was the worst experience of our life.

Our Grand pa said we cant stop Allah from punishing her . So she was buried. with the bugs and insects. The next day almost all our neightbours who used to wear wigs removed their own including Maman Tiwa who was a christian.

I hate to tell this story bcos i m not proud of it. But it is something we cant hide. That was her life, the life she chose. My mum told me that whenever people talked about the wig my Aunt used to bring fake Hadith to support the act.

So technically she played with Fire.

Sisters I know majority of u do it, and u feel u cant stop it. The problem is, death does not annoucement it time of arrival. I fear it could take many women to hell. God forbid. I will find the picture of my aunt and the grave. What gives me more fear is the fact that my mother said, they tried to remove the wig directly from her skin by cutting through the skin, but the skin became very strong and resisted. Look how angry Allah was.
*May Allah keep us on the right path*

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO FATIMA, LEARN FROM HER STORY

Fatima, a primary school teacher, was transferred to a different school and immediately appointed as a class teacher of a class five class.
On her first day in her class, she noticed that a boy named Musa was different from the rest of the pupils because he was always lonely, out of place, dirty and never used to do homework. Fatima also realized that most pupils in the class had a negative attitude towards him.

Fatima decided to investigate and find out the problem. She decided to review the file containing the records for Musa. She was very surprised by what she found out.

Musa's class one teacher wrote and said "Musa is a good pupil with a ready laugh. He does his homework neatly and has many friends".

The class two teacher wrote, "Musa is a good pupil with a ready laugh. He does his homework neatly but he is troubled because his mother has a terminal illness and life at home must be a struggle"

The class three teacher wrote, "his mother's death has been hard on him. He tries to do his best but his father doesn't show much interest".

The class four teacher wrote, "Musa is withdrawn. He doesn't do his homework and has very few friends".

By now teacher Fatima had known where the problem was, and she was very ashamed of herself. And from that day onwards she decided to pay much attention on Musa and to assist him as much as possible.

Towards the end of the year, the pupils in the class decided to bring presents to teacher Fatima. All the pupils in the class brought expensive presents which were wrapped in coloured paper except Musa. His present was wrapped clumsily in old pieces of newspaper. The rest of the pupils laughed at him when they saw what he brought.

Fatima felt great pain as she opened the present that Musa had brought, she found an old bottle of perfume which was a quarter full and an old bracelet which had several beads missing. To stifle the laughter from the pupils, teacher Fatima exclaimed "this bracelet is very beautiful" and wore it. She also took the bottle of perfume, tapped it on her wrist and put it on.

In the evening, when the rest of the pupils were going home, Musa deliberately remained behind, and when he was sure that all the pupils had left, he went to see teacher Fatima. He entered her office, and summoning enough courage he said to her, "teacher, today you smelled the way my mum used to".When Musa left, Fatima locked herself in the office and cried for more than an hour.

The following year, Musa wrote a letter to teacher Fatima. He told her that she was the best teacher that he ever had in his life.

Six years later, he wrote another letter, he told her that he had finished secondary school and he was the best in his class. He added that "she was still the best teacher he ever had in his life".

Eight years later, he wrote another letter. He told her that he had completed his bachelor's degree in medicine was now a doctor. He added that she was still "the best teacher he ever had in his life".

The following year, he wrote another letter. He told her that he had found a girl and was going to get married. He explained that his father had died one year earlier, and was wondering whether Fatima woukd accept to attend the wedding and sit in the place reserved for the mother of the groom. Of course Fatima accepted and during the wedding, she was putting on the same bracelet with several beads missing and she was also putting on the same perfume that Musa remembered his mother was putting on the day she died. Now l ask a question, have you ever helped someone you don't like? can you do good just to help someone get up even when they cannot pay you back when they are not there?

LESSON: Any kindness you do to someone lasts forever!
Touch a life in your school, worship centres, anywhere today!
Dedicated to all of you in this group who have the special opportunity to touch lives.

Is there a Musa around you?

Please find out.

THE LIFE OF THIS WORLD

The Life Of This Vain World

▫▫▫▫☘▫▫▫▫☘▫

The All-Mighty Allah `The Exalted,' says describing this world:

“...Truly, the life of this world is nothing but a [quick passing] enjoyment, and verily, the Hereafter that is the home that will remain forever.)” (Qur'an 40:39)

He has also warned mankind of the trial that children and possessions represent, saying: (And know that your possessions and your children are but a trial and that surely with Allah is a mighty reward.) (Qur'an 8:28)

The All-Mighty Allah also forbids us to long for what he has bestowed on others:

(And strain not your eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to various groups of them [polytheists and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah], the splendour of the life of this world, that We may test them thereby...)
 (Qur'an 20:131)

The Prophet (sallallahu alaihe wa-sallam) said: “The Hour (of Resurrection) has drawn near, whereas the people have become more greedy for the life of the world and more remote from Allah.”[Narrated by al-Haakim]

Collecting worldly benefits by legal means and spending them for legal ends is worship that brings a person close to Allah.

But collecting them by illegal means or spending them for illegal ends leads only to Hell.

May Allah grant us steadfastness in our Deen. Aameen

A LIFE LESSON FOR ME AND YOU

*An Imaam was driving home one night with his wife and two daughters in the car.* It was dark, raining and intensely so and the Imaam could hardly see past his headlights.

On the way he had to drive over a huge bridge. There were posted signs
"DO NOT PICK UP HITCH-HIKERS."

By the base of the bridge, there was an institution for the criminally insane and sometimes people would escape from it and try to catch a ride.

On this night, as the Imaam slowly approached the bridge, a man suddenly appeared in the headlights.
He was soaked, standing in the middle of the road, frantically waving his shirt over his head and screaming.

The Imaam's wife cautioned her husband,
"Oh please don't stop, try to drive around him!"

But the car was too close, the man was unavoidable, except to stop or drive over him.

As soon as the Imaam stoped, the man slapped his hand down on the hood of the car and continued screaming, at the top of his lungs, unabated.

The Imaam felt something in his spirit, looked over to his wife and told her to lock the door after him and to not unlock it until he had returned.

His family understandably perturbed and crying, pleaded with him not to get out of the car.

He opened the door and stepped outside... He was immediately soaked from the rain.

As he approached the man, all of a sudden he could make out what the man was screaming,

"THE BRIDGE IS OUT! THE BRIDGE IS OUT! A BUS JUST WENT OVER INTO THE WATER!!!"

As these words registered in the imaam's mind, he looked back in the car at his wife and two daughters. He wrapped his arm around the man and wept in gratitude.

The Imaam stood there with the man for the next half-hour in the middle of the road, waving his jacket above his head screaming to warn other commuters.

"STOP!!!!! THE BRIDGE IS OUT! THE BRIDGE IS OUT!"

For a lost and a dying world,
"THE BRIDGE IS OUT!"

Where are the men and the women who will stand in the middle of the road and forbid people, not to perish?

HELL HAS OPENED IT'S MOUTH WIDE AND SADLY MANY ARE SPEEDING INTO IT.

Where are those who will stand in the gap, on the streets, the highways and the byways to forbid multitudes with the word of Allah, to warn others from going to such a horrible place?

Remember Almighty Allah( Glorified and Exalted Be He ) Loves us all and wants nothing, absolutely nothing but that we be saved ....
*THE BRIDGE IS OUT*

LOVE STORY

LOVE STORY:
Once upon a time a beautiful girl got tire of her
marriage life and wanted to murder her spouse.
One morning she ran to her mother and say to
her " mother, i am tire of my husband i can no
longer support his nonsense. I want to kill him
but i am afraid the authority will hold me
responsible, can you please help me mother?"
The mother answer:
- Yes my daughter i can help you. But there's a
little task attached.
The daughter asked "what task? I am willing and
ready to assume any task attached in other to
get him out" OK said the mother,
1..You will be force to make peace with him, so
that no one will suspect you when he is dead.
2.. You will have to beautify yourself in other to
look young and attractive to him
3.. You have to take good care of him and be
very nice and appreciative to him
4.. You have to be patient loving and less jealous
be just and listening so that you will never be
suspected.
Can you do all of that?
Asked the mother.
Yes i can. She replied
OK, said the mother.
Take this powder and pour a bit in his every day
meal, it will slowly kill him.
After 30 days the lady came back to her mother
and said.
Mother, i have no intention of killing my husband
again. As of now i have grown to love him cuz
he has completely changed, he is now a very
sweet husband then i ever imagine. What can i
do to stop the poison from killing him? Please
help me mother.
She pleaded in a sorrowful tone.
The mother answered;
Do not worry my daughter. What i gave you the
other day was just a rice dost. It will never kill
him.
In reality, you where the poison that was slowly
killing your husband with hit and dispassion. You
see when you started loving and cherishing him
you saw him change to a nice and sweet
husband.
Men are not really wicked, rather are weak at
heart
Women if you can only show love care and
commitment to your husband, i assure you he
will 100% be there for you.
Hope i made sense.

PARENT'S EXPECTATIONS FROM THEIR CHILD

A good piece between mother and son as copied. *Parents expectation from their child?*
____________________________

*Mother:*
I fought with death when I was giving birth to you. I spent sleepless nights when you were sick and crying. I never ate without feeding you first. I bore so many pains to bring you to the stage that you are in today. _How will you repay me my child_?

*Child:*
When I grow up, I will find a good job and earn lots of money for you so you can enjoy the pleasures of this world.

*Mother:*
Your father is doing this already and I do not expect this from you too. By the time you are earning I will be old and will not be in need of any worldly luxuries.

*Son:*
I will find a pious lady and marry her so she can cook for you and take care of you.

*Mother:*
That is not her duty my son and neither should you marry for that reason. It is not compulsory on her to do any service to me, neither do I expect this from her. Your marriage should be for you, a companion and a comfort for you as you go through this journey of life.

*Child:*
Tell me mother how can I repay you then?

*Mother:*
(With tears in her eyes) Visit or call me often. A mother only requires this much from you while she is alive.
Then when I die give me your shoulder and bury me.
Whenever you perform prayers, supplicate for me.
Give out in charity for me.
Remember your every good deed will benefit me in the hereafter so be good and kind always.
Fulfill the rights of all those around you.
_The sleepless nights and pains I took to bring you up was not a favour to you but was for my creator. He blessed me with you as a beautiful gift and as a means for me to attain His pleasure. Your every good deed becomes my repayment._
Will you do it my child...?

*Child*: (Cannot speak and had tears in his eyes)
_Beautiful message for all the amazing Mothers out there._

WOODEN BOWL

# Story WODDEN BOWL 🍮- A Preparation & lesson for old age

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and 4 year old grandson. The old man’s hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather’s shaky hands & failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. .When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess.

“ We must do something about Grandfather,” said the son. I’ve had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor. So the husband and wifeseta small table in the corner. There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner.

Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. When the family glanced in Grandfather’s direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food. The four-year-old watched it all in silence.

One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, “ What are you making?” Just as sweetly, the boy responded, “Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food when I grow up.” The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents that they were speechless. Tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done. That evening the husband took Grandfather’s Hand and gently led him back to the family table. For the remainder of his Days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled. Children are remarkably perceptive.

Their eyes ever observe, their ears ever listen, and their minds ever process the messages they absorb. If they see us patiently provide a happy home atmosphere for family members, they will imitate that attitude for the rest of their lives. The wise parent realizes that every day the building blocks are being laid for the child’s future.

••• Let’s be wise builders and role models. “Life is about people connecting with people, and making a positive difference” Take care of yourself, and those you love, … today, and everyday! In sha Allah

That regardless our relationship with our parents, we’ll miss them when they’re gone from our life. That making a “living” is not the same thing as making a “life” That if you pursue happiness, it will elude you but, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can.. happiness will find you.

Sometimes they just need a little something to make them smile. People will forget what you said … people will forget what you did … but people will NEVER forget how you made them feel.
Happiness always looks small when you hold it in your hands, but when you learn to share it, you will realize how big and precious it is! •••

LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE

Life is unpredictable. But I always thought I could predict what was going to happen next. It was only six days ago. I was driving home with my friends, Malik and Omar. It was Eid night. We had just watched the movie Saw 3 at the cinema. It was 11:46pm when I glanced at the clock on the dashboard and realized I hadn’t made Isha But I didn’t say anything, as not to upset the mood. Just three hours earlier I put off the Isha until after the movie. Now I was running out of time.

I only lived 22 years. My 23rd birthday was exactly two weeks away. I always imagined I would live long. At least until age 60. It just wasn’t imaginable that I would have such a sudden, unexpected death. I had graduated from University last year with a degree that means absolutely nothing right now.

Shortly after, I landed a job as the marketing director of a major clothing company. Aside from the usual life problems, I was living a normal life. My girlfriend of 4 years was starting to pressure me into us getting a place together. I knew I wasn’t supposed to have a girlfriend in the first place but I enjoyed her company and friendship. I wasn’t ready to give that up. I used to always tell myself that eventually I would marry her. Plus, what would these few years of living a sinful life mean by the time I got older?

My job, girlfriend and life-long friends took up the majority of my time. It seemed I never had time to offer salah. I hardly even had time to sit down and eat. Offering salah was always something that continuously bugged me. The more I postponed my salahs, the more it irritated me. I did give an effort to keep up on my salahs. But for the last two years of my life I gave up. I pretty much stopped making salah altogether. I never made it home in time to make salah that day. Saw 3 was a walk through the rose garden compared to what I was about to experience. I was doing 85 on the 10 freeway. At 12 midnight, 85 mph is not considered speeding. Omar flipped through FM radio stations searching for a song he liked. Malik had fallen asleep in the back seat. I began to doze off too.

I used to hate when that happened. I shook out of what seemed like a 10 second snooze. I tried to keep my eyes open. But again I dozed off. Omar screamed, ‘HEY! It was too late. The car struck the center divider and spun back into the flow of traffic. An oncoming car hit my door. That car was also hit by another vehicle. We finally came to a halt somewhere in the middle of the freeway, a hundred yards from the spot of the collision. I didn’t feel any pain. I was just dizzy, I heard Omar and Malik moaning as good civilians tried pulling us from the wreck.

I wasn’t rescued until the fire fighters arrived. It was quite a task recovering my battered body from my totaled car. Breathing became difficult. The fire fighters huddled around me and frantically applied device after device. ‘He’s not gonna make it,’ I heard one of them say. I ‘m not gonna make it? How? I didn’t feel like I was dying. I felt nothing. My heart started pounding. I was soaked in sweat and blood. I saw Malik standing over the top of me with tears in his eyes. ‘Don’t quit on me’, he told me. At that time I knew it was over. I started to cry. The fire fighters moved him away as they made last attempts to revive me. I died. An angel came to me and removed my soul. I watched him fly away with it in disbelief. ‘How could you? I’m not even 27,’ I pleaded. ‘It’s time,’ he told me and left.

Two minutes later they pulled a white sheet over me. Omar and Malik, apparently doing better than me, pulled the sheet back to look at me one last time. They cried their eyeballs out, I had known then over since I was 13 years old and had never seen either one cry. It was a depressing sight.

The ride to the morgue, until then, was the worst experience I ever had. I was alone. It was dark and cold. I missed my mom. I missed my brother. I missed my sister. I wished I had spent that last night with my family instead of with Omar and Malik. I worried what my mother was going to do when she saw me in this state. I was ugly. When we finally arrived, I was placed in another cold room with dozens of other dead people. I missed my family so much. Every so often a family came in to view their dead. I always thought it was my family but it wasn’t. Hour after hour passed. No mom. No dad. I started to cry again. Then one odd hour I recognised voices. My father walked in with my mother in his arms. His face worn from stress. Hers wet with tears. They just stared into my eyes and cried. I stared back.

I wanted to tell them I loved them. I couldn’t. I wanted to hug them. I couldn’t. Mom stroked my bloodied hair and left.
I was to be buried the next day. When my parents left, it hit me. I never made Isha! My heart jumped out of my chest. I owed Allah a salah and failed to deliver it to him. I had hundreds of missed salahs over the past two years. Now I was about to face him. I felt powerless. For those of you who have never experienced guilt at death, there is not a worldly feeling that amounts to it. It is guilt and sorrow at another level. I tried getting up to make Isha but I couldn’t move. It was over. I had no second chance.

Then I began to think back. I never knew my memory was so good. I had more than enough time to ponder as I was awaiting my burial. I literally remembered every single salah I missed and the reasons why I missed them. Most were laziness, procrastination and neglectfulness. I knew I was in trouble. I wished they would take longer to bury me.

I failed! I failed! I failed!

My girlfriend paid me a visit. She was a devil. When I was alive I saw her as a pretty angel. My pretty angel who loved me and would do anything to make me happy. If I had the ability, I would have cursed her and demanded her to leave the morgue. She put her hand on my forehead. I allowed her to do that for that past four years. Now that I opposed to it, I could do nothing about it. The devil cried for hours at my side. She just would not leave. I felt cheated. I felt like she pulled a prank on me for the past couple years of my life. I hated this devil! She was ugly! She smelled horrible! She finally left. As she walked out the door my heart was filled with fear and anxiety.

The funeral was simple. My body was washed. I didn’t seem to care that my naked body was exposed. My worries far surpassed my desire to be modest. I was wrapped in three white sheets. About 300 people attended my funeral. I was saddened not to see my mom at the funeral. I wished she came to see me one last time before they put me in the
ground. I never knew so many people cared about me. Many just stared at the tightly wrapped figure in disbelief. Others cried and cried some more.

The mass prayed for me. Thousands of individual prayers were made. They asked Allah to have mercy on me. They asked him to forgive me. I wanted to pray for myself but I couldn’t speak. I was helpless. I was carried to the hole in the middle of the barren desert. The people followed. It seemed like slow motion. I didn’t want to go. If I had 24 bonus hours I would pray non-stop. They lowered me into the ground. The anticipation was eating away at me. I had surely failed life. I thought back on everything I had worked so hard to accomplish. I earned a college degree. I had a well paying job. I spent hours and hours in the weight room ever since I was 16 years olddeveloping my body. I had a pretty girlfriend who loved me. In that life, that was a badge of honor. But as they were lowering me into this grave, which seemed like it took forever, I realized that I couldn’t use any of those ‘accomplishments’. If only I had been that dedicated to making salah five times daily, I would have been at peace right now. Instead I am a nervous wreck beyond anything you all can comprehend.

Dirt fell in the hole. Darkness overcame my new home. The last shovels of sand filled the grave. Everyone sadly walked away. The graveyard started to empty. Family by family. Mine was the last to leave. The attendant left. By nightfall it was just me. All alone. My wrapping was soaked in sweat. I nervously awaited the angels to come and question me.

My only wish right now is to make one more Sujood, and prostrate to the Al Mighty ALLAH and ask Him to forgive my sins, but it is too late!

BEFORE MONDAY TURN MOURN-DAY!!!

BEFORE MONDAY TURN MOURN-DAY!!!

I know you are on the Road to your work place & I understand the need to beat traffic so as not to get sacked for ariving late.

I know you can't afford to waste 5 more minutes because, ofcouse, today is Monday!

If I may ask; did you observe your Solat Subh before you part your home?

Did you bow to the one who determines whether you make sales, get sacked or even return home?

Haba! 5mins for Subh is not too much to give the owner of your Soul, or don't you think so?

In today's competitive world it is easy to get caught up in our careers or our latest project.

It is important to keep a sense of perspective. It is nice to rise high in the company but all the money in the world is not going to keep you company on a day you give your last breath!

''why not pray before *Monday* turn your *Mourn-Day''?*
Reflect...

*GET READY FOR SALAT ASR*

May Allaah accept it from you and us. Aameen.
