AVOID THE FOLLOWING

1- Avoid Giving your child everything he asks for. He will grow up believing that he has the right to get everything he wants.

2-Avoid laughing when your child speaks insulting words. He will grow up thinking that disrespect is entertainment.

3-Avoid remaining insensitive to bad behavior that he can display without scolding him for his bad behavior. He will grow up thinking that there are no rules in society.

4- Avoid picking up anything that your child messes up. He will grow up believing that others must take responsibility for his responsibilities.

5- Avoid letting him watch any program on TV. He will grow up thinking that there is no difference between being a child and being an adult.

6- Avoid giving your child all the money he asks for. He will grow up thinking that getting money is easy and will not hesitate to steal for it.

7- Always avoid putting yourself on his side when he is wrong against the neighbors, his teachers, the police. He will grow up thinking that everything he does is right, it is the others who are wrong.

8- Avoid leaving him alone at home when you go to the place of worship, otherwise he will grow up thinking that God does not exist.

By following these tips, we hope your child will be a role model for society and make you proud as parents!

THE VALUABLE ASSETS OF ALL TIMES

THE MOST VALUABLE ASSET OF ALL TIMES:

Your most useful asset isn't a head full of knowledge, but a heart full of love, an ear ready to listen and a hand willing to help others.

Always be considerate of people's feelings, sometimes there are reasons why people act the way they do.

Probably, who knows if you had gone through the same condition, you might have acted same way.

Don't mix bad words with bad mood; you might have several opportunities to change a mood but you'll never get the opportunity to replace the words you've spoken.

Hurting someone can be as easy as throwing a stone in the sea but do you have any idea how deep that stone can go?

Respect people's feelings, even if it doesn't mean anything to you, it could mean everything to them.

How you make others feel says a lot about you.

Hurting people hurt others.

Don't be quick to judge, you need to understand that person's feelings and thoughts and what they might be going through.

Be sensitive to the plight of others.

A little consideration, a little thought for others makes all the difference.

You are who you are today because of what God's grace has made you.

THINGS THAT CAUSES REGRETS

THINGS THAT CAUSE REGRET AT OLD AGE

When younger we make various choice's without the future in mind. Sometimes those choices bite us in our mid-life. These are some of the things one might regret when they're older.

1. Marrying the wrong person

When you're young, check your motives for marrying. Don't marry to copy your peers, or for social standing or out of pressure. Marry for love and companionship, marry the right person, marry your best friend. For if you marry the wrong person or for the wrong reasons, you will have to put up with that person the rest of your life. Things might get worse between you two; then depression, physical abuse, affairs, pain, shame, court cases, bitterness will define your mid-life years all because you chose the wrong one. Things will get worse when children are involved. Make the right choice of a spouse when you are young.

2. The opportunities you did not seize

When you are younger many doors will open, you will get many chances. Many young people let these opportunities go because of fear, laziness, or pride; yet well younger and with more energy is the best time to start a venture and a name for yourself. Some think the opportunities are too big for them. Take advantage of them or one day when you're older you will want to go back and grab those missed chances.

3. The bridges you burned

When we are younger, we care little for relationships, what most think about is getting money and moving up the ladder of success at all cost. Many use and trample on people to progress, they take relationships for granted, messing up bonds, sleeping with people for personal gain. But these bad actions will catch up with you ahead. When you will realize how empty life is without love and friends. When you will have success but no one around you or no one to trust you.

4. The child you aborted

You are a young lady, you get pregnant and you are scared. You take the aborting option quickly thinking of that moment then. But when you are much older, you will look back and wish you kept that baby. When you will be rich and successful you will wish that child you gave up on would be around to enjoy the fruits of your hard work. Being a single mother doesn't mean you can't make it in life or you can't find a man in future.

5. The child you rejected

Young man, you impregnated a woman, she told you she's pregnant with your child. You rejected her and the baby and ran. But years later when you're 50 something, you will wish you were responsible, you will wish you manned up and became a father to that child. You will see that child excel and become an adult but will have no claim to that grown child who you rejected from the beginning. You will regret being a Dead Beat Dad by choice

 6. The marriage you destroyed

So you get married to your good fiance; the first months in marriage were good but shortly after, with your money and charm, you started having affairs. You became unfaithful. Your spouse begged you to stop, your children started hurting, your marriage was collapsing. One day when you are older, it will hit you how foolish you were to destroy the good marriage you had began to build for mere temporary thrills in affairs that did you no good. You will realize the damage you caused to your children and spouse.

7. The God you disowned

When you are much older you become wiser, God becomes more real as you see life in a more meaningful way. But don't wait to get older to start enjoying a relationship with God. Know God when you are young, build your future with God. Don't be a young rebel who runs back to God when age catches up.

8. The body you messed up

You have only one body to live with all your life. The cigarettes, the alcohol you are abusing, the drugs you are taking, the unhealthy food you're consuming; all that will destroy you slowly. When you are 50 and lifestyle diseases catch up with you, you will wish you took care of your body when younger, that you exercised more; but now the damage is done.

9. The time you wasted

The time you are wasting when younger in worry, wrong relationships, laziness, being a couch potato, giving excuses and pursuing meaningless things; you will never get it back.

10. The dreams and talents you shelved

Are you talented when young; are there things you love to do and you are good at them? Nurture those talents, exploit them, don't give up even if you encounter set backs, don't give up on your dreams. If you give up, when you're older you will look at your peers who stuck to what they love and made it and think to yourself, "That could have been me". Pursue a career, study a course you love. Don't waste years of your life in a field that doesn't fulfill you.

11 The name you defamed

When you are older, a legacy is very important, the value of your name is crucial. You will ask yourself what is your reputation, what are you leaving behind? Your legacy is a sum total of your actions since youthful days. We write our biography by how we live life everyday. When you look back your path and you see the mud you threw at your own name, the shame you attracted and the little value you have added to the world; you will regret.

12. The wealth you threw away

Are you riding on good money during your productive years? Earning good money? Don't throw away that money in clubs, reckless living and wasteful shopping. Invest with that money, widen your revenue stream, make that money work for you and keep it safe to take care of you in your older years. Leave an inheritance for your loved ones so that you will never say "I wish I knew better"

13. The good love that got away

Is there that great person in your life loving you good? Don't push that person away, or else that person will walk out your life and you will never ever find someone that incredible and who connects with you all your life. It will torment you to grow older with thoughts of "What if I was still with that person?"

14 The parents you despised

When younger, it is easy to show contempt to your parents; what do your parent's know? They are old-fashioned, shady and small -minded. But your parents are still your parents whether you agree with them or not, whatever their style. Don't let your parent die or age separated from you, reconcile and make up. When you get older, you will realize why your parents wanted to be close to you. The older you get, the more you see the value.

SO MANY PEOPLE

SO MANY PEOPLE CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SUCCESS BUT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FAILURE!

The training you expose and give your mind and body to is what they respond to.

However, the training of your spirit is of utmost importance.

Give yourself training through the Spirit by the Word.

Teach yourself how and what to think.

Until you come to understand the connection between your outer experiences and your inner thoughts, you will be a victim of life.

You must focus your mind; discipline and channel your mind in the direction of your purpose.

Use your tongue to direct your mind.

You own your mind, your mind doesn't own you.

You have to change your relationship to your mind.

Remember that you are the thinker of your thoughts.

Be the thinker, not the thought.

The power is with the thinker, not the thought. Be the one to give your thoughts what to dwell upon.

POUSE AND PONDER

PAUSE AND PONDER!

How would you talk to your brother if you knew that would be your last time of hearing from him?

How would you treat your sister if you are certain you would never see her again?

What kind of words would you use on your mother or your father if you would be speaking to any of them for the last time in your life?

What would be your last word before you hang the phone finally on a friend if he or she was going to die the next hour?

What's going to be your attitude on that person you call an enemy if his or her life was about to end?

How will you be addressing the world if you were to make your last and final speech today?

What would be the urgent amendment you would make today in your life if this was to be your last opportunity?

What prayers would you be praying if you were to say your last prayers this minute?

Can't you see we would treat one another better, kinder and with more understanding if we should consider these questions more critically?

Can't you see that our world would be a better place to live in if we would be more merciful to one another, less judgemental and more helpful to our neighbors?

Please, let's us all check our selves on a regular basis....

God bless you all

THIS WORLD IS FAKE

*THE WORLD IS FAKE*

My money, my house, my car, my children, my certificates, my job, my husband, my wife, my families, my clothes, my SHOE.....
My ! My!! My !!! What is this life worth?

A man was informed about the death of his father, but he tarried. When his father started smelling, their neighbours took his father to the mortuary for preservation.

A week later, he went to the mortuary to see the corpse of his father. When he was about to enter the place, there was a poster placed at the entrance of the mortuary, of which no one can escape it. It read:

“ WE WERE LIKE YOU BEFORE, BUT WE ARE HERE NOW. ”

The young boy read it, but it didn't make any sense to him.

He went inside, checked the corpse of his father, after a few minutes, he made his step out.

As he was about to step outside, he saw another inscription placed on a strategic location, which no one will escape. It says:

*“ YOU WILL SOON BE LIKE US. ”*

This last word touched his stone heart and he repented from that moment. From that moment, he understood,

Everything here on earth is like a dream, a vapour. Life itself is not real, as everything is temporal.

You will soon be like those that were once Living , Eating , Sleeping , Walking , Talking , Laughing here on earth , but today ......
They're NO MORE.

When he got to his father's mansion, there was nobody to talk to, his father left his shoes, clothes, money, bed, cars, EVERYTHING.

As he was searching his father's wardrobes, he saw untouched brand new dollars, well packed and arranged, but the owner of the money was in the mortuary. The young boy remembered,

“ WE WERE LIKE YOU BEFORE, BUT YOU WILL SOON JOIN US. ” He cried the more.

You eat chicken with vegetables and fish, turkey, meat , fried rice, and drink wine today , but tomorrow, your flesh becomes food for maggots. where will your soul go to?

You drive a nice car today, but tomorrow, a car drives you.

You live in a mansion today, but tomorrow you live in burial ground.

You sleep in a nice bed today, but tomorrow, you sleep inside the Grave !

There is no replacement for your soul ? It is priceless, unique and peculiar. The soul is the real you. It lives on after death.

You will lose everything if you die without GOD and without living for Him.

Please, ruminate on this, reconcile with your creator, and have a positive change of heart, so that your living on earth shall be to Allah's Glory and at the end of your sojourning on earth, you will not end in oblivion.

A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE.

“ Indeed we belong to God, and indeed to Him we shall return. ”

You might think you are in right standing with God therefore this message is not for you but for sinners. You may deceive yourself

*IF INDEED YOU ARE WISE PLEASE DON'T LOOK DOWN ON THIS MESSAGE OR THE PERSON WHO SENT TO YOU

*IT IS OPERATION RESCUE*

*PLEASE SHARE TO SAVE A SOUL.

RUN YOUR OWN RACE AND WISH OTHERS WELL

RUN YOUR OWN RACE AND WISH OTHERS WELL

BEN CARSON WROTE:

I was jogging this morning and I noticed a person about 1/2 a kilometer ahead. I could tell he was running a little slower than me and I thought, good, I shall try to catch him. I had about a kilometer before I needed to turn off. So I started running faster and faster.

Every block, I was gaining on him just a little bit. After just a few minutes I was only about 100 meters behind him, so I really picked up the pace and pushed myself. You would have thought I was running in the last leg of an Olympic competition. I was determined to catch him.

Finally, I did it! I caught and passed him. On the inside, I felt so good. "I beat him" Of course, he didn't even know we were racing.

After I passed him, I realized I had been so focused on competing against him that I had missed my house. I had gone nearly six blocks past my house and I had to turn and go back.

Isn't that what happens in life when we focus on competing with co-workers, neighbors, friends, family, trying to outdo them or trying to prove that we are more successful or more important?

We spend our time and energy running after them and we miss out on our own paths to our God-given destinies.

The problem with unhealthy competition is that it's a never ending cycle. There will always be somebody ahead of you, someone with a better job, nicer car, more money in the bank, more education, a prettier wife, a more handsome husband, better behaved children, etc.
But realize that "You can be the best that you can be, when you are not competing with anyone."
Some people are insecure because they pay too much attention to what others are, where others are going, wearing and driving.

Take what God has given you, the height, weight and personality. Dress well and wear it proudly, you'll be blessed by it. Stay focused and live a healthy life. There is no competition in Destiny.

RUN YOUR OWN RACE AND WISH OTHERS WELL.

He Wrote a book at 40

*HE WROTE A BOOK AT 40 AND THIS HAPPENED ....*

If you read this till the end, you will make a powerful decision in your Life today.

There was this poor man who *wrote a book at the age of 40* and decided to launch it on his Birthday.

He had no money to fund the launch and so *he decided to seek help from a millionaire* in his community.

He made a visit to the Millionaires home and after they exchanged pleasantries, he told his host what brought him.

The Millionaire told him to take out a piece of paper and pen.
He said, " I will give you a test. If you pass it, I will give you the money you need and if you fail, I will still give you the money"

He then told him to write down the names of 10 people who could give him 10k each for his book during the launch.

Surprisingly, the man could not write even 3 names.

Now, take a glass of water and let me show you something..

It is not enough to have talent and skills. You must understand the power of building valuable relationship.

It was a wise man that said, *your network is directly proportional to your net worth.*

*_Relationship is a currency* ._ Relationship is a stream of income.
Everything in this life actually reproduces on the basis of relationship.

See eh, *Who likes you in this life matters* .

_Men are lifted through men_ .
*Many of us are talented but we lack a cup bearer* to tell the King that there is a Joseph that can interpret dreams.

*Who you know matters a lot in this life.* Don't say it doesn't matter. It does.

There are heights and opportunities you will never attain if you don't understand *the power of Keeping Valuable Relationships* .

When the say, *turn and greet your neighbour in church, Oga, you don't even know who you are talking too oh* .

That might be the CEO of a company. And sometimes, *we just despise people based on the standards we use to judge them.*

Have this wisdom am sharing with you.

That person you sit with in class and just look down on, you don't know who they know oh

Sometimes, it takes just a recommendation to change your story.

*Don't despise men in Life.* You will need them one day.

Sometimes *those who crown Kings don't look like kings* and may never become kings but they can help you wear the crown

A LESSON TO CHERISH

Fatima, a primary school teacher, was transferred to a different school and immediately appointed as a class teacher of a class five class.
On her first day in her class, she noticed that a boy named Musa was different from the rest of the pupils because he was always lonely, out of place, dirty and never used to do homework. Fatima also realized that most pupils in the class had a negative attitude towards him.

Fatima decided to investigate and find out the problem. She decided to review the file containing the records for Musa. She was very surprised by what she found out.

Musa's class one teacher wrote and said "Musa is a good pupil with a ready laugh. He does his homework neatly and has many friends".

The class two teacher wrote, "Musa is a good pupil with a ready laugh. He does his homework neatly but he is troubled because his mother has a terminal illness and life at home must be a struggle"

The class three teacher wrote, "his mother's death has been hard on him. He tries to do his best but his father doesn't show much interest".

The class four teacher wrote, "Musa is withdrawn. He doesn't do his homework and has very few friends".

By now teacher Fatima had known where the problem was, and she was very ashamed of herself. And from that day onwards she decided to pay much attention on Musa and to assist him as much as possible.

Towards the end of the year, the pupils in the class decided to bring presents to teacher Fatima. All the pupils in the class brought expensive presents which were wrapped in coloured paper except Musa. His present was wrapped clumsily in old pieces of newspaper. The rest of the pupils laughed at him when they saw what he brought.

Fatima felt great pain as she opened the present that Musa had brought, she found an old bottle of perfume which was a quarter full and an old bracelet which had several beads missing. To stifle the laughter from the pupils, teacher Fatima exclaimed "this bracelet is very beautiful" and wore it. She also took the bottle of perfume, tapped it on her wrist and put it on.

In the evening, when the rest of the pupils were going home, Musa deliberately remained behind, and when he was sure that all the pupils had left, he went to see teacher Fatima. He entered her office, and summoning enough courage he said to her, "teacher, today you smelled the way my mum used to".When Musa left, Fatima locked herself in the office and cried for more than an hour.

The following year, Musa wrote a letter to teacher Fatima. He told her that she was the best teacher that he ever had in his life.

Six years later, he wrote another letter, he told her that he had finished secondary school and he was the best in his class. He added that "she was still the best teacher he ever had in his life".

Eight years later, he wrote another letter. He told her that he had completed his bachelor's degree in medicine was now a doctor. He added that she was still "the best teacher he ever had in his life".

The following year, he wrote another letter. He told her that he had found a girl and was going to get married. He explained that his father had died one year earlier, and was wondering whether Fatima woukd accept to attend the wedding and sit in the place reserved for the mother of the groom. Of course Fatima accepted and during the wedding, she was putting on the same bracelet with several beads missing and she was also putting on the same perfume that Musa remembered his mother was putting on the day she died. Now l ask a question, have you ever helped someone you don't like? can you do good just to help someone get up even when they cannot pay you back when they are not there?

LESSON: Any kindness you do to someone lasts forever!
Touch a life in your school, worship centres, anywhere today!
Dedicated to all of you in this group who have the special opportunity to touch lives.

Is there a Musa around you?

Please find out.

THE PROBLEM WITH AFRICA

*THE PROBLEM WITH AFRICA*

One of the Rebranders noted that when an average African gets to
the top, he wants to destroy the ladder by which he climbed so that
he alone would be at the top. This was apparent when Obasanjo, a
former president of Nigeria wanted a third tenure and tried to
adjust the constitution to achieve that. Mugabe of Zimbabwe
ignored the constitution and wanted to rule till he was 100 and then
hand over to his wife. Biya of Cameroon is still in power, although
his strength is failing in his old age. It is in almost every African
Nation. When Africans attain power, they would do everything to
hold on to it and never relinquish it till death.
While you might be accusing only political leaders, let me bring it
home. You can notice the same trend in government staff who continue to adjust their ages so that they will not retire for the next
generation. We can see this same trend in business people who
hide their business secrets so that they can monopolize
enterprises. We see it in extended families where uncles refuse to
assist his nieces and nephews because he fears that when he does,
they will do better than his children; instead, he frustrates them
with the hope that his children will be better.
In Africa, people want to monopolize enterprise, power and
opportunity and this is our biggest problem. It is the reason we
resist the emergence of visionary leaders; the reason we destroy
potential inventors from being showcased; it is the reason the
same old political leaders are recycled every election year; it is the
reason our economy is poorly managed; and the reason we are
getting farther behind in politics, commerce and trade.
Many years ago, I learnt a valuable lesson from the use of my
phone's memory card. I had paid for every application on the
phone, and so when someone asked if I could share some of those
applications and media files with him for free, I was not quite
pleased. I thought of declining, but then I resisted the thought and
forwarded all the applications, songs and videos; he was really
grateful.
A few days later, something happened with the memory card and it
was corrupted; the only solution was for me to format it or I would
lose the memory card. Formatting one's memory card is always
difficult, but for me it wasn't, because the person I had shared my
files with was within reach. I formatted the memory card and went
in search of the person I had transferred all my applications and
media files to. He transferred the files to me and saved me a lot of
trouble. While I was sharing my files with him for free, I did not
know I was saving myself in the future.
If the future of Africa is to be saved, we must share opportunities to
everyone. The opportunity to lead in politics; to share in our
enterprise, and to enjoy the same opportunities we have. We must
not always give opportunities to people because they are our
children or because they are our relatives. Let us begin to give
opportunities to people because they have earned them. When
those who are deserving of opportunities are brought on board,
Africa will begin to take the lead in world affairs.
A football team that will do well is one with the coach that recruits
talented players; not the one with a coach that employs his sons
and friends. A good team scouts for worthy players and brings
them to the team. We must scout for worthy Africans, sponsor
them to lead in politics, in business and in every sector of the nation
and soon, Africa will take the lead in the affairs of the nations.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

COPIED FROM HAMZA OLAITAN:
------------------------------

If you go to the business/first class lounge of any airline at the Abuja International Airport, you will probably see people you believed were sworn enemies from different political parties shaking hands and embracing as they prepare to fly out on a trip paid for by money meant for your roads and hospitals.

Go to the Hilton in Abuja and see them laughing and dining together while their communications teams are releasing statements that inflame tensions between you and I.

As you struggle with terrible roads and battle your way home to put on your generator with the little fuel you have left so you can charge your phone, go online and insult people who don’t support your candidate; pause for once and think. You’re a pawn in a bigger game. As OBJ’s about turn on his former VP has confirmed again, the Nigerian elite have no permanent friends or enemies. They know only themselves; they don’t care about you. The Party is irrelevant. They all change Parties like clothes depending on their current interests anyway so why do you continue to be a fool for them?

Stop fighting yourselves, folks. I was like you in 2015, I’m older andx wiser.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

SKY THOUGHT

SKY Thought:

Never under-estimate others, and never
over-estimate yourself... You will always be either surprised, or disappointed! Make an effort to be confident and humble!

Stop talking about other people, and talk less about things... If you want to make a difference, make an effort to discuss ideas and real issues!

You should not be preoccupied with removing your clothes...You were born naked, and you will be resurrected naked.. Make an effort to
reveal the content of your mind and heart!

A FOOD FOR A THOUGHT

1. Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910)
"Islam will rule the world one day, because in it there is a combination of knowledge and wisdom".

2. Herbert Wells (1846-1946)
"Until the effectiveness of Islam again, how many generations will suffer atrocities and life will be cut off ? Then one day the whole world will be attracted to it, on that day there will be PEACE and on that day the world will be inhabited again .

3. Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
"I understand that the Muslims did it through their own intelligence and awareness which the Jews could not do. In Islam it is the power that can lead to peace".

4. Huston Smith (1919)
"The faith which is upon us now and which is better than us in the world, is Islam. If we open our hearts and minds for it, then it will be good for us".

5. Michael Nostradamus (1503-1566)
"Islam will be the ruling religion in Europe, and the famous city of Europe will become the Islamic State capital."

6. Bertrand Russell (1872-1970)
"I read Islam and realized that it is to be the religion of all the world and all humanity. Islam will spread throughout Europe and in Europe the big thinkers of Islam will emerge. A day will come when Islam will be the real stimulus of the world. ".

7. Gosta Lobon (1841-1931)
"Islam only talks about peace and reconciliation. Invite Christians to appreciate the faith of reform."

8. Bernard Shaw (1856-1950)
"The whole world will accept Islam religion one day and if it can not even accept the real name, it will accept it by a name of metaphor. West will accept Islam one day and Islam will be the religion of those who have studied in the world. "

9. Johann Geith (1749-1832)
"We all have to accept Islam religion sooner or later. This is the real religion. If I am called a Muslim, I will not feel bad, I accept this as a right thing."

Alhamdulillah!!!
I am a Muslim... *What about 👉🏿👉🏿 U?* forwarded as received
